Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space to uphold safety standards
• Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless flow of daily operations
• Answer phone calls promptly, provide information, and assist clients with inquiries or appointment bookings
• Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and process client paperwork with attention to detail
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures by handling cats and preparing necessary supplies
• Support laboratory tasks such as collecting samples, running basic tests, and recording results to aid diagnostic processes
• Provide compassionate care to cats, including feeding, administering medications under supervision, and monitoring their well-being

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred;
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred; laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for managing electronic records and scheduling systems
